Dear Mr. Coombe,

I don't know where to begin in thanking you for all you have done. After 3 years of enduring a brutal relationship, with the help of you and others, I am starting out on a new life. When you came to visit me I was embarrassed as my flat had nothing in it, now it is like a palace, thank you, thank you.

Can I ask that you pass on my eternal thanks to everyone who has helped me, and particularly to the man at Charlton football Club for all those lovely things, the rugs look brilliant...

I have managed to get a job too, so life is looking good...
